Where Search Network ads can appear –
Your Search Ads can appear at the top or bottom of the organic search results and above or below the search results on Google Play, Google Shopping, and Google Maps, including the Maps APP
Shopping Ads, on the other hand, can appear on search partner sites that display and products link.
Three types of Ads on Google Search
Text ads, Dynamic Search Ads, and call-only Ads: Are the most common types of Ads on the Google Search, which often show ad extensions at the bottom of the Ads, such as location or phone number.
Shopping ads: Shopping Ads are labeled ‘Sponsored’ and display a link to products on your website. The products themselves are hosted on Google’s Merchant Center.
Image and video Ads: Are advertised on Search partner websites.

How We Setup Your Search Ads Campaign!
After naming your campaign for the Search Network we will un-select Network Audience and we will manually select your targeted location
Most establishments only need one campaign. which will consist of multiple ad sets, each containing a group of keywords. If you are a Rehab Center and offer Drug and Alcohol Addiction Recovery – Drug and Alcohol would be two Ad sets.
Google Keyword Planner is used to find relevant keywords that we will target. By using Google Keyword Planner we will be able to view the volume of specific keywords searched by users per month, as well as the amount it costs to bid on the targeted keywords. If the bidding price is high we will look into targeting long tail keywords which usually cost a lot less.
After selecting keywords we move onto targeting those keywords (this is usually where businesses waste their money by choosing Broad Match, which is mostly used for brand names and brand awareness)
Google allow four methods of targeting keywords
- Broad match
- Exact match
- Phrase match
- Broad match modifiers
We will select the methods most appropriate to your campaign and will monitor the results, and if need be we will re-adjust the targeting methods.
We then create your Ad and landing page or choose an existing landing page that is relevant to the Ad.
We then monitor your data and start optimizing it for peak performance (Data usually reflects in a week or two) nonsensical keywords that you do not want to appear for we add to a negative keyword list.
Part of data monitoring is increasing bidding prices on keywords that are outperforming and cutting the ones that are underperforming
